NBCIJ is a community effort to bring visibility to local small businesses and select non profit organizations, while highlighting music and the arts. We recognize the importance of supporting local businesses and desire to emphasize the fact that music is business, too! This Festival features vendors selling handmade crafts, festive food and drinks, activities, live entertainment and a joint effort to receive food, clothes and toy donations. This is a grand opportunity to get a peek at products, services, deals and promotions available for the upcoming Christmas season. The 'Summer Wonderland' Gala provides a fashionable celebratory conclusion to the day's events. A PORTION OF ALL PROCEEDS WILL BE DONATED TO (NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATION TBD).


The dates for NBCIJ 2025 is Friday, July 11th (Gala) and Saturday, July 12th, (Festival) 2025.


As America's most picturesque small town, there isn't a more beautiful place to host such a unique festival than New Bern, North Carolina! The New Bern Christmas in July: Festival & Gala are hosted by The Maola at Riverside, 1400 N. Craven St., one of the most beautiful upscale waterfront venues on the east coast!


    

NBCIJ fosters a community-driven effort to make a positive social impact. With a focus on hands-on, educational activity stations, children can explore a variety of interests. Each experience is crafted to inspire curiosity, build new skills, and connect families with enriching opportunities throughout our community. Through donations of toys, clothes, and food, we help families in need, families in need while strengthening the efforts of our nonprofit community partners. Local artists/musicians gain visibility to promote booking for the upcoming holiday season. With activities suitable for attendees of all ages, this is a wonderful way to spend meaningful time with family and friends. A PERCENTAGE OF ALL PROCEEDS WILL BE DONATED TO (NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATION TBA).


Admission to the festival is $1 per person. Each person will receive a raffle ticket upon entry. Attendees DO NOT have to be present to win.


The festival vendor fee is $30 (outside) and $50 (inside). 

Promotional Upgrades are available:

$25   - stage mentions throughout the event.

$50   - stage mentions and banner (provided by vendor).

$75   - stage mentions, banner (provided by vendor) and TV display.

$100 - stage mentions, banner (provided by vendor), TV display and logo placement on festival brochure (DEADLINE JULY 1st, 2025).

$50  - Basic Name + Business Card + Larger Ad/Video

New Bern Christmas in July provides ONLY the vendor space! Tables, chairs, tents, etc. are the responsibility of the vendor to provide. The vendor spaces are 10' X 10'. The vendor fee covers 2 people working the vendor space. There is a $1 charge for each additional person necessary to man a vendor space. This is a rain or shine event and there are NO REFUNDS!!

The festival food truck fee is $50.
